Referrals
Good to Better accepts referrals directly from clients or from other providers. For ongoing plan-managed or self-managed NDIS clients please contact our practice to find out about our current capacity to take on new clients. A waitlist may apply for ongoing therapies, however we do our best to see people with pressing or short-term needs (e.g., for our NDIS Second Opinion Service, private, private health insurance, Medicare and Workcover clients) in a timely manner.
For NDIS referrals, please complete the form below.
For DVA referrals, please complete the form below.
For Medicare referrals, please complete the form below.
Private health insurance and private fee-paying clients can be seen either at the clinic (3245 Mary Valley Rd, Imbil) or via telehealth. Bookings are made via Calendly links.
Book a short appointment (25 minutes) online.
Book a longer appointment (50 minutes) online.
For clients with private health insurance, you can claim your appointment rebate by submitting your receipt through your insurer.
Ongoing clients will be provided with a review appointment booking link and your rebate will be processed directly at the time of your appointment.
Referrals are accepted via email or phone. Please provide as much detail as possible in the referral to ensure that the client is provided with timely and informed care.
Workcover referrals are accepted via email. Please provide all relevant Workcover documentation.
Medicolegal clients are typically referred by Crown Law, Legal Aid, government department, or private lawyers. Good to Better Therapy Services primarily focusses on working with prisoners. It is best to refer via email, stating the nature and details of the assessment that is requested.
